I-695 TSMO Design-Build, Maryland Department of Transportation – State Highway Administration: CST is responsible for the performance of independent quality control reviews for various traffic and ITS related designs and analyses necessary for the implementation of Part-Time Shoulder Use (PTSU) lanes along the busiest sections of I-695 (along a 21 mile section from I-70 to US 1) within the Baltimore Metropolitan area to improve roadway operations while minimizing traffic delay. Work involves reviewing documents for accuracy and identifying non-conformance issues on behalf of the design team.
