US 219 to Old Salisbury Road Design-Build, Maryland Department of Transportation – State Highway Administration: CST is currently providing structural, traffic and utility engineering services for this Design-Build project involving improvements to a 1.4 mile segment of US 219 in Garrett County. Traffic engineering services include the development of the transportation management and maintenance of traffic plans. Utility engineering services include relocation design and coordination efforts with five utility owners. Structural engineering services included the design a reinforced soil slope to support the exit ramp from US 219 to I-68. CST has also provided CADD support services to clean up the roadway cross section plot sheets.
